Most 5–8 page sites launch in 3–4 weeks once we have content. Bigger or custom builds can take 6–8 weeks.

No. By default it's fully managed—we handle edits and updates. If you'd like light self-editing (blog, hours, FAQs), we can add a simple CMS.

Text swaps, image updates, replacing a section, new CTA, hours, pricing, adding a testimonial—typically ≤30 minutes.

Small edits are usually done within 2–3 business days (priority plans: 24–48h).

Larger changes (new page, integration, booking, e-commerce) are quoted as a mini-project or covered by your plan's included hours.

You own your brand assets and the site code after final payment. We manage hosting and updates for you.

Absolutely. We offer a handoff: we package the repo, move hosting to your account, pass along DNS/env notes, and provide a quick walkthrough. (One-time offboarding fee.)

Vercel—fast global CDN, SSL, and great reliability. You keep your domain at your registrar; we'll help point it.

Typically Next.js + Tailwind. If self-editing is needed, we add Sanity for specific content types (posts, FAQs, team, hours).

Yes—on-page essentials: clean HTML, meta titles/descriptions, headings, alt text, sitemap/robots, basic schema. Ongoing SEO or blogging is optional.

Yes—GA4 with conversion events (forms, calls, bookings). We can add simple monthly snapshots on Standard/Pro plans.

We follow WCAG best practices (contrast, semantic HTML, keyboard navigation, alt text). Full audits and remediation are available on request.

We offer Lite / Standard / Pro care plans. All include hosting, SSL, updates, backups, uptime monitoring, and at least one small edit per month. Standard/Pro add more edit time and faster turnaround.

We can edit your copy or create it for you. We'll also source licensed stock as needed.

Your email stays with your provider (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft 365). We'll help with DNS records if needed.

We monitor, back up, and update dependencies. If something goes wrong, we fix it under your plan or quote it if out of scope.
