The Short Version
VERDYL measures the moments that create leads—when someone taps to call, sends a form, or books time with you. We also capture supporting actions (email clicks, directions, file downloads) so you can see what sparked the lead. No personal details are sent to analytics.

Calls
When a visitor taps a phone number on your site (a Call or Tap to Call link).
Example: Visitor clicks phone number
Note: Mobile devices don't tell websites whether the call was answered—so we measure the intent (the tap). If you want answered/missed/duration, we can integrate call tracking later.
Forms
When a form is successfully submitted (not just a button click).
Example form submission:
Privacy First: We do not send names, emails, phone numbers, or message text to analytics.
Bookings
When an appointment is confirmed in your booking tool (e.g., Calendly, Square Appointments).
Booking flow tracking:
Smart Tracking: Opening the scheduler is tracked separately as "Booking Started" so you can see drop-offs.

Yes. We use standard UTM tags so you can see source/medium/campaign for each lead action. This lets you track exactly which ads, emails, or social posts are driving real leads.
Some users won't be measurable—normal for the web today. We focus on directional accuracy and consistent comparisons over time rather than perfect tracking.
Those taps happen off the site. We'll show site-driven calls separately and can add GBP call data if you enable it in your Google Business Profile settings.
Most modern tools are supported. If yours is unusual, we'll adapt the tracker so it still records "Booking Scheduled" reliably. Just let us know what you're using.
